Return and Refund Policy


The goal of Marieke Stoop | Store is your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please send an email to contact@mariekestoop.com within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase order, unfortunately a refund or exchange is not applicable.

Certain items are non-returnable such as: Gift cards, Downloadable software products (e-books) and Personalized items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sales items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, send an email to customerservice@mariekestoop.com
• We are not able to fulfil exchange requests if the exchange item requested costs more than the item being returned.
• We can only process exchanges for like-quantities. For example, if you return (1) book, we cannot process an exchange for (2) books, even if the total merchandise value is the same.
